Real improvement is a long game to play slowly

Our project with Barts Health produced an analysis of Emergency Care admissions data, and initiated a series of clinically-led improvement projects. Working across Newham Hospital, Whipps Cross and The Royal London, we identified bottlenecks in care pathways affecting high volumes of patients and worked clinicians to identify opportunities for change.
