We can help you get the right message to the right people at the right time

Here are our top five tips for getting the most out of our software at this challenging time

1. Update your patient apps to inform people how to use your services during this critically difficult period

A number of our clients have asked us to add information about visiting restrictions to their apps. We will do this for you on the same day if we can.

2. Target vulnerable groups with trustworthy information about staying safe

You can use our software to push your messages outward to registered users, condition by condition. We recommend you review the audience properties you have asked us to create for you and then ask all patients to check their preferences are up to date.

3. Combat fake news

Make sure the news digests you are sending to patients on our system are up to date with the most relevant RSS feeds. When you add a new feed, tick the “assign to all users” option.

4. Make sure all staff have access to the staff app & portal

Please ensure we are synching the latest LDAP groups. Contact us for a list list of OUs we can see. If you want to invite people to register self-service, add them as a contact list and send an invitation using the Direct Send feature.

5. Get comms out to staff, securely on their own devices

Keep your people up to date with targeted comms, team by team and segment by segment – SMS, email, in-app messages (with push notifications)
