Staff Connect underpins the Mersey Care 400 Staff Engagement Programme
We are proud to be working with award-winning mental health trust Mersey Care to enable the Mersey Care 400 programme.
The trust wanted to pull together an online panel of a cross-section of staff, 400 people to act as a sounding board for the Trust. But with most colleagues working away from a desk across a wide range of environments, communication is a real challenge.
Staff Connect now provides the Trust with a completely new engagement channel, a source of staff insight and a smart way of tailoring communications to people according to their interests and areas of work.
