Building your content
We offer a full content build as part of the implementation. Our collaboration with your teams might involve replicating your existing surveys in our software, developing your service directory, creating your map items, setting up your RSS and twitter feeds, loading your video content, building your in-app feedback forms, adding your geo-fences, building core messages and journeys, etc.
Ensuring you are equipped
Face to face we will guide your team through two developmental workshops should you need them. Additional training time can of course be provided if required.
We will provide a suite of launch materials including sharing existent materials and guidance to you on product launch.
Performance reporting tool
We will work with you to understand your reporting requirements and we can develop a bespoke reporting dashboard for your feedback results, that is tailored to your strategic objectives and reporting requirements.
