Mary McKenna MBE, Social Entrepreneur and Non-Executive Director at Captive Health Mary McKenna, was awarded an MBE in 2014 for services to Digital Technology, Innovation & Learning and has been at the forefront of helping to save social care in excess of 100 million pounds. Mary is a technology entrepreneur who co-founded and built successful online learning company Learning Pool on the back of a long public sector career, growing an online community of 1m learners along the way. Mary is a trustee of the London based charity, Social Care Institute for Excellence, she’s one of the Entrepreneurs in Residence at the Northern Ireland Science Park and she’s been Chairman of Northern Ireland’s Digital Circle since 2010, representing the digital content industry. Andrew Cockayne, Senior Transformation Consultant, Captive Health (Formerly Senior Performance and Organisational Development Lead, Cafcass)

Andrew is a strategist with specialist expertise in customer insight, performance and change. Andrew spent 10 years leading services through change as a senior manager in the NHS and in Social Care.

Prior to this, he worked as researcher and analyst in the public and private sectors, including developing national policy at the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit and managing primary research at Ipsos-MORI. Andrew is an accredited member of the Institute of Customer Service.
